🍲 How to Prepare

Step 1

Mix 2 tablespoons (30g) of Neeloos Sprouted Ragi, Kerala Nendran Banana & Dates Mix with 150ml water until smooth.

Step 2

Cook on a low flame for 5–8 minutes, stirring continuously until the porridge thickens.

Step 3

Allow it to cool to a comfortable lukewarm temperature before serving.
