Shipping & Delivery Policy

Neeloos is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sundays and Public Holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest possible time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Book Post or Speed Post.

No cancellation or exchange will be applicable on discounted products or products under any special promotion/sale on Domestic or International orders.

DOMESTIC

  • Shipping charge all over India is Rs 60 

  • For cancellation or return of a domestic order, the customer has to bear both the forward and return shipping charges. Neeloos will only refund the product charges to the customer.

  • Orders are dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order.

  • Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days.

  • Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by you at the time of placing the order. In case of any modifications, kindly drop us a mail within 2–3 hours.

  • Our prices are all inclusive. GST is included with the listed prices, if applicable in your region.

INTERNATIONAL

  • Shipping charges for our international customers will be calculated during checkout depending on the order value and dimensions of your order.

  • Standard conversion rates are not followed in case of currency change. You will be charged as per the currency-specific catalog.

  • For cancellation or return of an international order, the customer has to bear both the forward and return shipping charges. Neeloos will only refund the product charges to the customer.

  • Any duty charges, customs taxes, or any other local charges have to be borne by the customer. Neeloos will not be liable for such charges.

  • The amount of duties depends on the policies of your destination country. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.

  • We do not provide transit insurance.

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think you have received the product in a damaged condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement of the same product (if available) or another product of the same value is issued to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packaging are intact when you send the product back.
