🍲 How to Prepare

Step 1

Wash your hands thoroughly and ensure all utensils are clean.

Step 2

Mix 2 tablespoons (30g) of Neeloos Sprouted Green Gram & Kerala Red Rice Powder with 150ml water until smooth.

Step 3

Cook on a low flame for 5–10 minutes, stirring continuously until the porridge becomes smooth and creamy.

Step 4

Allow it to cool to a comfortable lukewarm temperature before serving.
